An open discussion on Trauma

Childhood trauma has affected almost all of us and even those who it is not quite evident in, their parents or ancestors would have experienced trauma at some emotional level which would be now part of the future generations makeup.

One common problem I find with most people I meet is they cannot understand how their past is showing up in their present. Their lack of boundaries, how they act, think & feel about themselves is always in alignment with the lack of love, acceptance and respect they received from their environment as children.

It becomes even more complex when you can only recall ‘good times’ but yet, you are experiencing blocks in your emotional & mental well-being.
